A three-day Capacity Building Programme for teachers was successfully conducted from 13th June 2026 to 15th June 2026. The programme aimed to enhance teachers' professional competencies, pedagogical skills, and classroom management techniques.

During the sessions, teachers actively participated in discussions, group activities, and practical exercises related to innovative teaching methods, competency-based education, assessment strategies, and the effective use of technology in teaching-learning processes.

The programme provided a valuable platform for sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, and learning best practices in education. Teachers gained new insights into student-centered learning approaches and strategies for improving academic outcomes.

The Capacity Building Programme concluded with a reflection session, where participants shared their key learnings and expressed their commitment to implementing the acquired knowledge and skills in their classrooms for the holistic development of students.
